कैसे हैं आप सब लोग उम्मीद है कि अच्छे होगे आई एम राइट वैसे मेरे दोस्तों को अच्छा होना नहीं चाहिए लड़ाई झगड़ा गर्लफ्रेंड बॉयफ्रेंड कैसी चल रही है दोस्तों आज मैं आपको कुछ ऐसा बताऊंगी कि आप सोचोगे मैं बिल्कुल ही पागल हूं। हेलो हंसने की जरूरत नहीं है ठीक है मुझे वैसे तो खाना बनाना आता ही है मगर जो मैंने पहली बार खाना बनाया था तो पता है आपको कि मैंने क्या बनाया था आपको नहीं पता होगा फिलहाल में बताती हूं। कि मैंने पहली बार क्या बनाया था मैंने पहली बार बनाया थी अंडे आलू मैंने जिस समय यह बनाए थे ना उस समय मुझे सिंपल आलू बनाने तक नहीं आ रहा आते थे।

आलू बनाने की बिल्कुल अलग स्पेशल रेसिपी

और बनाने क्या जा रही थी आलू बनाने की बिल्कुल अलग स्पेशल रेसिपी है तो आ सबसे पहले मैंने आलू अंडे को उबाल लिया था ठीक है अच्छी तरीके से खो वाला था। जिससे वह बोलते हैं फिर उसके बाद मैंने आलू और अंडे के ऊपर से छिलका हटाकर कढ़ाई में तेल डाला तेल हो गया जैसे उसे होना चाहिए था। फिर मैंने प्याज डाली थी उसके बाद प्याज भी सुनहरी गो गई फिर मैंने सारा मसाला डाला जो डालते हैं।

उसके बाद मैंने अंडे आलू भी डाल दिया,, उसमें फिर खूब ज्यादा पानी भर दिया और उसके बाद अंडे की सब्जी बन गई अब दोस्तों यह बताओ इस में कुछ गलत कर दिया है तो आप बतओ कि क्या गलती की है इस सब्जी में कहां पर कमी रह गई जिससे कि इतनी घटिया वाहियात सब्जी बनी थी अगर इसको खा रहे थे तो उल्टी करने का मन हो रहा था॥

देखो इतना कॉन्फिडेंस था मुझे खुद पर

इसमें शायद आप इतने होशियार नहीं हो इंटेलिजेंट भी नहीं हो तुम को पता चला क्या कमी थी मैं ही बता देती हूँ। तो कमी यह थी कि मसाला डाल कर मसाले को भूना नही था भूना नहीं तो ऐसे ही मैंने उस में आलू अंडे पानी सब डाल दिया तो इस वजह से सब्जी खराब हो गई थी। और उस दिन मेरे घर मेहमान आ रहे थे। और मेरी अम्मी नहीं थी तभी तो इसलिए मुझे बनाना पड़ा था अगर अम्मी होती तो मुझे बनाने की कोई जरूरत नहीं थी.. तो अंडे की रेसिपी तो खराब हो गई थी।

और मेहमान भी आ गए थे मैंने मेहमान को खिलाने से पहले सब्जी को एक बार चेक भी नहीं किया,,,, देखो इतना कॉन्फिडेंस था मुझे खुद पर एक बार चेक करने की भी जरूरत नहीं समझी मैंने की सब्जी अच्छी बनी हुई है या नहीं,, मेहमानों के आगे रख दी ले जाकर पागल हो जाओगे मेरी ऐसी हरकतो को सुनकर और मेहमान भी पहली बार आया था। कोई दूर के मेहमान थे बहुत अच्छे थे बहुत ही बहुत ही दरिया दिल थे, बहुत बड़ा दिल था उनका जो कि इतनी वाहियात सब्जी बनने के बावजूद भी उन्होंने यह नहीं बोला कि सब्जी खराब है।

जब मैंने खाई तो मुझे पता चला हां बेकार सब्जी है उस सब्जी के लिए आज भी मजाक बनता है उससे समय मैं बच्ची थी। आप लोग लड़कियां जो मेरी दोस्त हैं आपने कभी ऐसा किया आपने अपने छोटे पन पर कुछ बनाया होगा तो क्या बनाया था,, और वह सही बना या सही नहीं बना प्लीज मुझे बताओ comment कर के और मेरी एक गुलाब जामुन वाली पोस्ट है। गुलाब जामुन हमने कैसे बनाए थे। वह आप पोस्ट पढ़िए फिर आपको पता चल जाएगा कि हमने क्या किया था उसमें मैंने और मेरे भाई ने गुलाब जामुन बनाए थे बहुत इंटरेस्टिंग पोस्ट है।
